Ghene Snowdon, organises Craft Market events for The Memorial Hall and St Mary’s Church Woodford with the help of other volunteers from the area.
Event Day Vendors Information
The Memorial Hall will be open for vendors from 8:30AM.
The St Mary’s Woodford Church drive will be available for loading and unloading only. Free parking are available on the residential area behind the church and the parking area on Derby Road ( 4 Derby Rd, London E18 2PU).
Table size is 182 x 61cm (provided) or you can bring your own. Chairs are provided.

- Woodford Craft Market is a craft event hosted by St Mary’s Woodford and organised by volunteers to help promote creativity and provide a platform for local makers.
- Is this a free event?
- Visitors are free to enter. Sellers pay for their space.
- Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
- Yes, the venue have access for wheelchairs and pushchairs via the side door.
- Where does the booking fees go?
- Funds raised from the events are for the benefit of the Woodford Memorial Hall charity (Registered Charity Number: 214670), which are responsible for the upkeep of the Memorial Hall and keeping it available for the local community.
- What’s the best way to get updates?
- We announce our events months in advance via our website and social media pages. We also send an email to our subscribers. We only send major updates like opening of applications, cancellations and new event dates. After the event date is announced and the event is advertised, it goes ahead. Event cancellation is rare. So, if you can please sign up to our mailing list.
- How to I increase my chance of being selected?
- To improve your chance of being chosen, follow up your application by emailing us some sample photos of what you make.
- How many stalls are available?
- There are 25 stalls plus the refreshment counter.
- I received a RESERVATION email, what do I do next?
- This means you are selected and the next thing to do is confirm your booking by paying the fees and sending a screenshot of your payment.
- I paid for my stall, what next?
- Whether you hear from us immediately or not, don’t worry. All you have to do next is show up at the event. The set up details are in the application form and is also communicated the day before the event via email. If unsure, please text me or call me directly.
- In case of cancellation, will I get a refund?
- If you cancel 7 days before the event, we will refund your booking fee. Please provide your bank details with your request.
- Do you redistribute cancelled stalls at the last minute?
- Yes we do. As soon as we hear of a cancellation, we will contact all those who applied if they are still interested. It could be days before or literally the day before. If you wish to be considered in event of cancellations, please contact me via email on the week of our events.
- Where do you advertise?
- We advertise on facebook and google. We also have posters and banners outside the venue. The event is also advertise at the local church mailing list.
- Do you accept paypal payments?
- No we don’t. To prevent fraud, we kept things simple with a single person contact ( Ghene Snowdon), applications via the website ONLY, and payments via direct bank transfer to St Marys Church or to The Memorial Hall. Anything outside of these parameters are fraudulent.
